Work Package 10: Project management


Overall summary

In this work package we have attempted to use Web 2.0 technologies to manage our activity, particularly this wiki, but also our Ning and the meeting space on AVALON Learning Island. We have worked with Pixel as or QA managers.

This wiki has been used as our project planning environment throughout the project and has acted both as a store for materials, as well as a way of keeping track of the developments of the project.

WP10-2
Quality plan There are two quality plans created by Pixel and used by the project team to enhance the quality of the outputs from the project. Quality management reports Following the set up of the first quality plan an initial evaluation report was created and towards the end of the project a final report was compiled.
