Overview

Below you will find templates of surveys we have created for students and teachers to use for feedback and reflection on language courses which have made use of virtual worlds. Feel free to use them for your own needs -they can easily be modified to fit your specific courses.

Access

To access, adapt and use these survey templates, go to:

http://surveymonkey.com

Account name: avalonlearning

Password: secondlife

IMPORTANT! If you are creating a specific survey for your course DO NOT make the changes in the templates. Instead make a new survey based on the template, re-name it to fit the name of your course and make the appropriate changes.
