Below you will find templates of surveys we have created for students and teachers to use for feedback and reflection on language courses which have made use of virtual worlds. Feel free to use them for your own needs -they can easily be modified to fit your specific courses.

To access, adapt and use these survey templates, go to:

IMPORTANT! If you are creating a specific survey for your course DO NOT make the changes in the templates. Instead make a new survey based on the template, re-name it to fit the name of your course and make the appropriate changes.

Survey Templates

These are basic survey types we have been using in this part of the project:

Educator feedback questionnaire (open ended to encourage reflection):

1) What worked?
2) What did not work and why?
3) How would you change the course in order to address problems (if any)?
4) Is the course designed to maximise the learning affordances of the environment?

5) How was your personal experience as a teacher? (How did you feel?)"
